Petanda anda sedang mengamalkan diet menguruskan badan

OK face it issues of losing weight are far more significant than gaining weight, bcuz most people are getting fatter with time. Skinny guys like me dream of bulking up since the highskool years but thats not what im going to blog about today.



Considerate people like me don't only whine about our own plights, we are aware that all people have problems aswell. And one of the problems is definitely WEIGHT.

There are signs that you are on a fad diet.

1) You are filling the grocery cart with only one or two foods that you never really liked in the first place haha.

2)Small kids are eating food more than you do

3)The diet promises that you'll look like courtney cox, jenniffer aniston and other characters in 'Friends'(except for Joey) within two weeks!!!

4)Part of the diet is air

5)You're spending more time at the gym than asleep in bed at night

6)You're saving the 'obese jokes' until you're completely hott! A sigh of relief for the fat guys that could only last for a fortnight or whenever(depends on how long you can turn yourself thin)
